This morning I made a donation to Goodwill Industries. I do so every few months. Rather than return a pair of shoes that I decided I did not like after I got home or wore them once, I take them to Goodwill. Afterall I already made the purchase, so why not let someone else who perhaps can not afford the shoes, enjoy them.
Each and every time I go there I feel good about my decision to share what I no longer need or no longer like. It is a gesture of goodwill. Aha! Remember your name is your brand. In the case of Goodwill, just like Xerox or FedEx, the noun can also be a verb. I would say that is about as authentic as a brand can get.
Next time you decide you do not like something or no longer use it, give Goodwill or one of the other like-minded organizations a chance to share your items with others who can use them or like them more than you do. Be a brand champion and use your goods to connect with other brand champions.
It is worth noting that those dispeseries are not replacements for the trash bin.
I have mild depression, do things always does not succeed, the way I like to see people laugh, and this can ease the pressure
